One of our number went onto the Press comments section on the story regarding the signing of our new keeper. It was not to welcome our new signing but to question our chairmans cravat and it's place in the modern game. We must protect the identity of this individual but he made his comment under the name of CliffePete.
My own view is that football and the world in general would be a much safer and happier place if more men wore a cravat.
The best example of a cravat wearing Englishmen was Edward Fox in the Day Of The Jackel. It's a perfect example of why you should look your best whilst assassinating a French president. So if you see Jason McGill wearing a cravat and using a crutch the be warned, someone is going to get shot from his snipers nest in the executive box.
